How the Asset Platform works

A shared pool of content moves through three stages. Work locks to whoever claims it, leaves only when it is finished and linked, and is never silently dropped.

The three stages

1

Claim

A shared pool of newly-discovered content, grouped by chapter. Grab a unit — it locks to you, so no two people do the same work. You start here.

2

Work in Progress

Your claim runs through the pipeline. It only leaves once every step is done and it is linked to a journey. Stalled work is flagged, never lost.

3

Final Assets

Finished, searchable, journey-linked content — the catalog, organised by product. Browse the structure and see gaps that still need content.

What each unit goes through

Extract → Describe → Embed → Match → Verify → Link

Extract the raw signal (a transcript, a vision read), describe what it teaches, embed it for meaning-search, match candidate journeys, verify each match with evidence, and link the confirmed tag. Only after the link is a unit done and moved to Final Assets.

Who does what

Nothing gets lost

A claim carries a lease. If a unit is claimed but stops progressing past its lease, it is marked stalled and can be reclaimed by anyone — it stays visible in Work in Progress, flagged, until someone picks it back up. A unit never disappears between stages; it moves to Final Assets only when it is both fully processed and journey-linked.

Filtering the pool

The left sidebar scopes what you see by Product, Syllabus and Grade — check any combination and the pool, board and catalog on the right narrow to match. Within Claim, units are grouped by chapter so the pool reads as a syllabus, not a flat list.

The pool is populated one wave at a time. Today: BTLA · CBSE · G6 videos. More products, syllabi and grades are added the same way.
